I have the best location in the complex. 2nd floor next to the pool. It is beautiful. The pool is my backyard. I love ever minute of it. My unit stays warm during the winter and cool in the summer. Low electric bills. Maintenance is amazing. Work orders are taken care of quickly. The complex is clean. The landscape is well kept. Green grass and flowers. There are over 300 units vs. a small management team. They do a fabulous job. Their response time is fast. A+ team.

The staff at this location was AMAZING. We had so many questions and changes to our request and they were patient and so kind with my dad. I am so thankful they made this crazy process so warm and welcoming!

Willamette Estates screwed me over by pocketing my deposit. Lived here for 2 years. On moving day my friends and I spent a full day deep cleaning the apartment. It was immaculate. But I received a fraction of my deposit back for vague reasons. Reading other reviews it seems I'm not alone either. - - - That aside: The amenities are nice but heavily restricted. My electric bill was abnormally high no matter how frugal I was with appliances. Maintenance was slow to act in fixing anything.

I am not sure what happend to my review but I’m going to give an honest opinion I did work here for a short period of time .. the amenities are beyond awesome you don’t have to go far to use a gym or go far to have a pool party in the summer . The splash pad is amazing and there are quite a few Pokémon stops here which makes it a great place as far as amenities The pricing for the apartments are a little high but what do you expect with so many amenities The manager melody I’m not sure if she is still there but she is a nice lady I just think sometimes she can be pretty judgmental and shows it with her facial expressions. She doesn’t mean harm it’s just who she is and I didn’t think about that till now. The apartments interior are nice the counters though in the kitchen are a little bland I honestly feel like a bright colored wall would make these apartments pop a lot inside Overall I think it would be an ok place to live/ the downfall is there are many stories and probably a lot of noise above and below you If you do decide to live here then enjoy the amenities and have fun !
