DO NOT MOVE HERE!! ROACHES. BLACK MOLD. Our sink didn't work for 2 weeks nobody ever came so I fixed it myself over a month later nobody has yet to come fix it. Apartment was disgusting when we moved in. We pay $975 for a one bedroom that is falling apart. Stairs leading to the apartments are rotting. No maintenance done on grounds or apartments . A nightmare place to live!

$875 for a 1 bedroom and 1 grand for the 2bedroom? That's a frikn RIP OFF. SMI YOUR A JOKE to be charging that price on this 0 STAR apartments. Yall need better landscaping, laundry rooms, new appliances, flooring, cabinets and pest control. Please people's this is for ALC residents A$$HOL3s LAST CHANCE. Don't waste your hard earned money on a ghetto place to live.

Do not recommend these apartments to anyone, they are roach infested and nobody ever does anything about it. Not the manager and less the owner. Over priced nasty apartments. Poor management, I put in a request over 9 months ago to have knobs put on my cupboards and now they say I have to put in another request, I say for what to wait another 9 months? I hope I'm not here by then. These are two faced people and only care about making their bank accounts grow then their tenants.
