I've been living here for almost a year, under Shelter Management. They have been super friendly and polite, and the office managers have gone out of their way to help me a few times! That said, it is a very LOUD place to live. It's a block off the freeway, so traffic noise is significant. There are also many kids, and many people use their stereos outside. I've invested in multiple pairs of wireless headphones, but the music still sometimes shakes my building. So, if you're looking for a quiet place to live, pick somewhere else! But otherwise, the apartment quality is good and the Shelter Management employees have been great.

They have mice, cockroaches, and ants and they charge you for it eventhough they've had those issue for years. They dont update anything or clean the apartments. They are DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM. I know several people who live there and the management is awful.

I would think twice and then think again about moving to Brighton Park apts because These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. The management changes every few months. The kids around there are so disrespectful. Management doesn't know what they are doing if you have a car I would watch it very closely because the kids around here like to break into them are slash tires or put spray paint on them the playground is very unsafe there has been two shootings and a stabbing here since I been here and if you tell the manager Claire blosser about it you get kicked out they are slum Lords there is a very bad black mold and cock Roch problem and gang and drug here so be aware

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. They are not worth the $630 rent for a one bedroom that doesn't even have a dishwasher. They have new owners every two months and there is a mold and cockroach problem. Not to mention that they are kids everywhere that have no respect for anything. And will throw balls at your car. The maintenance guys are also rude and park in assignes parking and will not move their vehicle. I would highly suggest not renting here.
