had it with our apartment complex. It all started when we first moved in. We asked and payed for a security deposit for a 2 bedroom apartment. Because I was pregant and we wanted a room for Lucy. We thought everything was fine. But then my fiancé called them to ask some updates to only have them say "we gave it away to someone else what's available now is a 1 bedroom". We told them "so our security deposit was for nothing?". So whatever we had to deal with it. So upon moving day 2 weeks later our air stopped working in the middle of the summer heat. I put in a emergency maintenance request. It was getting hot in there like very hot so my sister went and found a maintenance person and brought him to fix the air. He did and then 2 weeks later got a call from the apartment people about the request I told them I fixed it. Then not to mention the washer machines are very expensive almost 2 dollars to do laundry. The pool is never open. And the gym equipment only 1 or 2 is working. None of the washers work. Without realizing I put the quarters In and tried to start it didn't work. Then I moved my laundry to another machine and put my money in didn't work... Called the people that their laundry machines don't work and they told me to call the number on the wall to tell the machine company that their machines don't work.

Really this apartments are not good at maintaining there’s apartment well. First day I move in it need lots of things to be done when they told it was ready to move in but it wasn’t. I have to call so many times to repair. I don’t recommend this apartment. Don’t waste you money on this place everything is horrible. They will charge you even if you clean up after moving out. Also pool always closed and gym is not worth pay for because there equipments doesn’t even work they don’t care. 👎👎👎

Check it. I've been here going on two years. The main manager who was a guy and also nicole were very helpful with us paying partial payments for utility bill around mid month. Also we were never late except once and because of that we told them by the next day we would pay off about 95$. Jacquelyn charged us the late payment right then and there and even though we went back to pay within the hour, because we didnt want to be late... Now a year later when we were notifed of eviction, we had a late payment fee, as well as 10$ each day you dont pay that fee, plus what you owe, 196$ in just one day of being late, a 75$ charge, where we told them cant you help us? We're always on time, but unfortunately no, because the time they "waived" the fee from a year ago even though we went back the same day to pay it, they technically waived, so they say, and even though we told them what happened because no one they knew was working there at the time they didnt have the proof, even though i told them to go back and check the money orders we provide through payments to check that we made the rest of the payment that same day, they couldnt help us. That's just one story with new management that just began no more than 2 months ago. Another story is that when we renewed our lease nicole had informed that we had a free carpet cleaning, so we waited to use it up until the new management came around. Worst thing was that once my fiance and I called in to redeem that free cleaning, we already knew if something already happened with them with the rent and getting evicted, we more than likely werent going to get our renewal cleaning. Shocker! We didnt because of the fact that since they started working as new managers just fairly recently, we werent technically loyal tenants who already renewed their lease and cannot receive our promised cleaning. Not to mention that more than half the time maintenance thinks its cool to do yard work at 8am-9am with a leaf blower and lawn mower and with tenants that work late who get up and yell at them because it's too early. I don't like the new management, if i could ask for nicole and the old guy manager back I would. They we were really nice, they were lenient, and even once when our ferret got loose they found him and gave him back to us with a smile on their face and laughing. With the new management we dont respect the fact that even by proof we didn't get the respect we deserve. Best believe that when they had free wine and cookies I took as much as possible. And also this will be the last year I live here, once my lease is up im moving.

Not every business is going to make everyone happy. These apartments are great. My significant other and I lived here for about three years total. We had left for a bit and decided to return. You do get what you pay for but if you compare it to other apartments their master bedroom is a lot bigger than others. I don’t like that there is no light sources in the bedroom and the living room but there’s definitely enough outlets for a few lamps. I love that it’s next to the golf course. Some of the golfers play loud music but they go along on their way shortly. We lived on the way back facing the golf course and I found it very relaxing. It was quiet and some of the neighbors were loud but we never complained and they never complained when we had gatherings. The maintence crew are nice and usually respond within 24-48 hours. The front desk people are always busy so it’s best to report your issues online in the resident portal it still gets done either way. Marcelino and everyone else are very friendly and helpful. Pest Control comes about maybe one time every 3months. I did see a few cockroaches but there’s always a little can of raid to help honestly. There was also frogs during the night time but they didn’t bug, they’re honestly funny to see In EP. The parking was an issue sometimes. They’re apartments people, you don’t have your personal garage steps away from your door so there are extra steps to your door at times. Overall great place to live at.
