Hotel was very old. The rooms have been nicely redone in the beds were wonderful but the light around the mirror in the bathroom only works partially. There were a couple hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was awful! We stay at Holiday inns because of their awesome breakfast. They did have the cinnamon rolls, which was great but the trash cans were overflowing and there was only one other family in the dining area. There pancake machine was not working. They had fresh oatmeal but none of the toppings. The front door did not work and was constantly open.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Very nice hotel. I am not sure why it's only a 2 star. The rooms are huge and nice. The shower head needs changed in 408. It sprays wide, and high. It wasn't adjustable for someone short. I couldn't shower without getting my hair wet. And it takes me an hour to do my hair. Other than that, definitely recommend.

hotel was under construction. it was not said when booked or when we checked in .. ice machine on our floor did not work so i went down elevator to each floor and that's how i found out hotel was under construction... i stayed at this particular holiday inn because the shuttle service would take us down street to don haskins center however the hostess informed me that they did not have a driver on shift ?? I just think that important the guest are notified of these issues as it may be our choice to stay elsewhere... our room was clean so that was a good thing ...

The hotel is close the freeway, the lobby smells so bad. The hotel is under construction, it says that no where when booking. The elevator is old and scary. Our room was ok, the door lock didn't work and there was no back up latch. The bed was comfy, but that was about it. Be wary staying here, definitely wouldn't recommend

I think it'll be better if you call them directly and ask.
Because it was very likely if you were there but you do not want people to know
It depends on the room you choose and availability, but using the HGI HGI point program I pay $ 2,200 for a night in a King room
