Their was a trick to our AC but we called for service and they came rushing and taught us how it worked. Super friendly and professional staff. The food looked killer, the bartender was on point with the drinks and a really nice gentleman. The pool outside was amazing temp. Pool doesn't go deeper then 4 1/2 feet for all the mom's that want to know. You can eat and drink by the pool with plastic containers. The key to our door keep deactivating for no reason, minor inconvenience but no biggy quick fix. All in all great place.

Positive: The courtyard was very nice, and it was cleaned often. Generally, the hotel was clean and the staff very courteous and polite. Sheets and towels were in good shape and clean. Room service came and changed the sheets/cleaned like we would have expected. Negative: The room, although clean, had cigarette burns in the drapes and carpet, one of the table lamps was falling apart, and I had to tighten the hinges on the bathroom door so that it would close. Water would not get hot in the shower.

We stayed for 3 nights. My kids and I loved it out was a nice little staycation. Enjoyed the indoor pool every day even when it snowed 🥰 Only thing I didn't like is that they weren't specific when I made the reservation, I asked to include breakfast, which they did but they didn't tell me it was only 2 breakfast burritos to go, that was not enough to feed my 5 children and I so we didn't even get that. Other than that the staff was very courteous and kind. We'll definitely go back I'll just make sure I know what I'm paying for when it comes to breakfast for my big little family 😅

Not really a good experience. Room and bed are comfortable, yes. The amenities are nice, true that. But I was not happy with the service provided. Had to go back to the lobby twice, right after checking in because my key didn't work. And it happened again the morning after. Lady at the front desk did say that this is an event that happened quite often. During my check in I made sure that I would check out next morning at noon. However at 10:30 two guests (a couple ) opened the door to find me laying in bed. They were given a key to the room. This means that the ladies at the front desk were not aware that I was using the room. This situations made my one night stay a little uncomfortable.
