This restaurant does not care for its customers as they hire incapable wait staff that disrespect them and make them feel as they were bothered to eat at this expensive restaurant. I went to SurfSide restaurant (8-2022) as it looked like a great birthday location gift. Once seated i was greeted with the rudest waitress i ever had in my life. She was no help with menu items and served seltzer water that was supposed to be sprite. When i brought this issue up i was given a dirty look as if i bothered her for doing her job. I then ordered a salad but once it arrived it was not the same one i ordered. Our waitress with a attitude explained to me the salad i ordered had cheese which was not the case. She stated to me " So what do you want to do with it". I could not believe this and told her i don't want it and take it off my order. She rolled her eyes and left. When we finally got our food it was as generic as a corner store take out . I asked for my check which was over $150 and was handed a credit card machine to pay and sign. On the machine was my total and a section to chose a tip. As the waitress was hovering over me i was pressured to give a tip. I would stay away from this place and i will never go back.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! Great view, large portions. Wait staff was mediocre at best. Prices are not listed because they are outrageous. We had three drinks and the fish and chips and without tip it came to$125. We ate at the Library Restraunt with 4 drinks, Mussels appitizer,12oz filet minon, and a 24oz bone in Rib Eye for not much more and 1000% better food and wait staff. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!

My girlfriends have been going there once in a month.Food is delicious and atmosphere is great! The security is quite rude.Has no problem throwing out drinks and saying we need to be corral to leave. No reason for rudeness!

Great place for music and dancing on a summer night. Love being on the open air deck over the ocean. Nice seating arrangements and atmosphere. Palm trees are an added touch!

No it doesn't. This restaurant is on what I guess would be considered the boardwalk strip. There is a parking lot kind of kitty corner to it that would be shared with the other restaurants nearby. There is also a municipal parking lot maybe 500 ft away from the restaurant.

We are just open for private events in September. Our regular season ended Labor Day.
Mostly free but depends on if they have an artist performing so they may charge a concert fee depending on their popularity
