I have been working with U.S. Bank's fraud department on a claim that U.S. Bank has had issues resolving. Their internal communication between departments is HORRIBLE. After several days on the phone one of their operators recommended that I meet with a representative at a physical branch to discuss the issue. I met with Shirley at this location and she was nothing but unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive about the issue. She stopped nothing short of calling me a liar. She went as far as to say, "you will not get your money back because this isn't a fraud case." I HAVE ACTUAL CASE NUMBERS from the fraud department about this issue. Judging by how the rest of the case has been handled by U.S. Bank I doubt this review will have any effect. Avoid U.S. Bank and especially this branch.

Drive up atm has been down about two weeks. You can go inside but they can't help you deposit money or get money either cuz their vault is broken. Why do these people have jobs here ?
