Got my debit card and Dmytro was very nice, but I never received my pin code and also never got an answer on my email from Dmytro about it, I emailed twice, at the end I called a number behind my card and the lady assisting me was super nice and helpful, apologized several times that that happened, hopefully my pin will arrive in the following two days. Being someoneโs assistant an essential thing as pin code should be handled with more interest, since card is nearly useless without it.

I needed to open a bank account for business. I didn't really want to come to this location because I had a bad experience here before. But I was in the area so just want to check it out. I came and shared my intention. A lady came to helped me saying that I needed to make an appointment. She didn't really needed to do anything further but she asked me to come to her office anyway and helped me find a place with the closest appointment time. I am very grateful for such an extra mile. This is what humanity and services should be. Thank you for the lady that works here, second office to the right when coming in through the door. You're awesome.

You advertise a drive thru ... it must be invisible.. A drive thru atm that stays open till 6??? Atms are 24/7... It's not a drive thru teller. Its misleading. You're branch does not have a drive thru. Point made.

This was my first time in a Wells Fargo bank and i was struck by how shabby it was compared to every other financial institution I've ever been in. It felt old and run down. There were a line of customers there, but it was eerily quiet. It took 20 minutes until i got to a teller because one female teller was overtly flirting with her male customer and another teller needed assistance with a translator, taking that teller away from his customer mid-transaction. This branch is poorly managed; when i was finally seen, i was told i had to come back to speak with a 'banking person, not a teller, because of authority issues'. What a mess. No wonder I've never been in Wells Fargo before, i certainly won't be returning! This all began when customer service's 800 # couldn't help me and told me i had to go to a local branch. I'll pass on the original question prompting the visit. Phew!
