This branch says it closes at 5, but God forbid u go there at 410 trying to verify your identity because their bankers won't help you. It would've taken 3-5 mins to verify my identity, they're lucky I'm not 20 years old anymore that's all I gotta say.

Would love to give the bank a 0. My wife and I have been banking with Chase for over 6 years now for both our personal and business running over 2 million a year through the bank. With our Covid issues we have been unable to secure a PPP loan. We started the process the day it was open. We filled out the paper online app and after 1and a half weeks haven’t heard a word from them. If we survive this we will be moving our banking needs and will never deal with them again.

Ilenda was no help at all, if anything it seemed like she was just trying to not deal with me from the beginning. Shook hands and introduced ourselves (only pleasant few seconds of the entire interaction) once I sat down I explained I needed a name change then she asked for ID and Chase card. After giving them to her she kept trying to convince me that it's best for me to do it a later time with name changed on my ID. I continued to politely decline because the form that Chase sent me stated the change can be done with one of a handful of items(SS card, court decree, marriage license, or ID) to prove the name change. The court decree is what I brought. She then does some typing, clicking, confused looks and hmm's, reviewing of my decree, and then says "no you have to have your name changed on your ID, I can't do anything" with no explaination to why even though the form didn't state that I MUST have it on my ID. Not sure if she didn't know what she was doing and didn't want to figure it out but that was some trash assistance I received from her.

Great bank. No problems. I did see an angry lady in line throwing a fit because they couldn't cash her third party check without ID. Plus she had no account there. They handled her well. She was a bit out of control, cursing and screaming. She kept screaming, " and you wonder why I don't have a Chase bank account!" But no one was actually wondering that. I was wondering how she escaped the mental institution.
