No tellers available at 9:40am and manager said none would be available at this location all day. How is that possible? I think it’s time to switch banks as they do not do ‘banking’

This is the best location most Bank of America‘s usually have one teller because they want you to do online banking supposedly

I've held accounts with Bank of America for decades. I don't think I've ever been treated with the level of disrespect at any other BoA as I have at this branch.

I stopped by at this location because close to my house. Once I walked in I was greeted by young guy and told me he has two appointments, but he was so kind to get someone else to assist me. Amanda was the one who helped me. Very professional and nice lady who helped me open up saving account. She explained everything how it works and updated my information. Thank you again Amanda!!
