I just spent 40 minutes in the drive through line, only to be told, "We are not doing Cashiers Checks". By the time I got to the front of the line they had 2 ladies out there talking to customers, but when I first got in line at 11:40 no employees were out there.We apologize for the delayed response due to the disabling of this functionality by Google and continued high volumes associated with COVID-19. Sitting here at the bank that has a posted hours of operations sign saying it opens at 9am and it’s 920am and everything is still closed down on the bank, there is a line in the drive through backing up into the roadway blocking traffic, I Have seen at least 7 cars get out of line furious and cursing at the drive through window, very very poor customer service if you ask me, if you say you open at 9am you should be open and serving your customers at 9am..... spoke to customer service who stated that the bank is temporarily closed, walked around and there are no signs indicating the bank is closed anywhere, very very unprofessional....

Wouldn't even make change for me. If Wells Fargo isn't opening false accounts or making money, they don't care about helping the community.
