WORST BANKERS! the banker is always calling out on her shift every morning! I Came on 3 different occasions and couldn’t be seen due to the UNPROFESSIONAL banker that seems to never be able to make it to her job. Personally I would go some where more efficient and constructive. This place is ghetto.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. it is very unfortunate this is the Chase nearest to me. The door doesn’t unlock to access the ATM after hours. The contactless does not work. The sliding in the card does not work. Completely broken. Rendering this location near useless since there is no drive-thru atm or outdoor atm whatsoever. In the last decade with chase I have never had this issue. I’ve had this issue twice @ this location & I will never return. That’s all not to mention the area itself is already sketchy. So at least the door could open up for you. CHASE fix this location PLEASE!

We are very disappointed with this Chase Bank Branch. We felt so bad and uncomfortable with the customer service, that we decided to closed our account with Chase Bank forever. On April 27, 2021 at 12pm we had a appointment to add my husband to my current account. We finished closing our account. The employee name is Vincent didn't give his extra mile with us. We been with the bank long time. A simple action of adding a extra person in the account. we brought all the documents needed and ID... including the social security of my husband. We didn't bring the green card, because we had more proofs of ID we didn't consider it necessary. We asked him for 15 minutes to go to the house and bring the green card. He refused. He didn't want to help us. We live closed by the bank. We came by walk in the heat with our baby. This is not the way to treat the customers. Please improve your customer services relationships. Otherwise I don't think so a bank with this condition can survive... Sorry and thank you! My Review score is 0.
