Great experience with CVS near the university. I had the COVID test before noon on Saturday and I got the result in the next early morning. I have heard some didn’t get the result on time. However now I tell you the result is on time. And I want to give a special thank to the guy who tested me.

I witnessed the store manager CJ and Daphne (like Scooby-Doo her words not mine) conduct themselves very unethical and racist. I felt for the customer and I will never visit this location again in life. I must say that Daphne did seem to be under the influence of some type of substance and CJ is a very young unprofessional manager that needs to be retrained. CVS please do better!

Had an issue with the self-service checkout ringing up multiples of items on accident that required multiple embarrassing visits from the young lady working tonight, until finally I got frustrated and asked her politely if I could leave it as the machine was being awful. She looked at it and said the screen's back up, which wasn't quite what I was conveying. Security guard came over and assumed I did not have money to pay for it, then continued misunderstanding before waving me to the door with a rude goodbye. Get better night security that isn't rude to guests.
