I’ve banked here since the first brick was put down. I was proud to call this my home bank. I’ve owned 3 homes up here, raised 5 kids and used to love the staff, but for the last 4 years the service is down right horrible. Two tellers friendly, others disrespectful. Branch Mgr is hardly out of his office to relate to his community and not friendly. I’ve tried to borrow $12k twice and $10 in my checking. They love your money but won’t give you any.

I would highly recommend this branch! I worked in banking myself, and yes, big banks are not the greatest for customer service however, US Bank is the more quite of the big three and for a good reason! I set up personal and business accounts with Emily, our personal banker. We even received a follow up call 4 weeks after the fact from Austin at the same branch to make sure we received all of our checks and debit cards. Keep up the great work team!
