Horrible service and knowledge of what's allowed and what's not allowed. Tried to exchange a $20 bill that was ripped in the corner, the clerk called over another lady because he was unsure and she insisted I would have to contact the secret service and mail it in. She said she wrote down the secret service website and said there would be a form to download and start the mail in process, which isn't accurate. Went to Nevada State bank located next door and they said I would NOT have to go through all that because the bill isnt "mutilated money" but because I don't have an account with them I wasn't able to exchange it there. Finally went to Wells Fargo on Eastern and flamingo and they helped me with no problem! And when I explained to them what happened at the Maryland location she said I should have never been denied service! Please train your employees better and save your customers an unnecessary hassle!

I have negative experiences in banks before, but never here. Saw those reviews and had to speak up. This is a very respectable and upstanding location. Everyone acts very professional and always extremely helpful. I live less than a block away and frequent this branch several times a week. I enjoy the in-store ATM where you can withdraw any amount including 1s, 5s and 10s. The best!

This service is unacceptable due to Deyssi Chavarria. I came to this branch because I am in the process of creating a small business and needed some assistance. I made an appointment and brought all the documents I was told to bring ( she told me everything I needed to bring a day before). I spoke with the small business banker named Deyssi Chavarria, she told me I was all set to go and we set our appointment. As I walked into the bank I see a lady scurrying to her seat as she sees me and my business partners walk in. There is a section that she went to sit at, as I walk up to her I ask if she is the small business banker. She seemed unsure as if she doesn't know her position? I ask again and she reluctantly replies "yes". This was the beginning of this treacherous experience, as our meeting went on she became more and more intolerable and demeaning. She continually referred to me as "Hun" as if I was her daughter. We are in a professional setting, I am coming here for a service I need handled and being called "Hun" does not constitute as professional. In fact she was so rude spirited that I could not continue wasting my time being around such negativity, I took my things and cut the meeting short. I will not allow myself to be treated as some sort of annoyance as If I am not a paying customer. Her tone of voice, behavior, and work ethic was despicable and made this whole experience ridiculous, I won't be coming here again.

Everyone was friendly and tried to help us the best they could. But whatever you do, don't lose your wallet, without any identification you're not going to see any of your money until you order a new card and activate it when it finally arrives. 😉
