Don’t waste your time at this branch or bank. Unorganized and extremely unprofessional. Got scheduled last week to see a banker on 03/31, get there start paperwork and then banker says my other 9:30 appointment is here and you’re not scheduled. Unbelievable, I will be closing account.

Excellent customer service ever since I came here and open an account.... as far as my experience with Chase all personnel were friendly and very nice to their customers for every transactions I made I really felt always important to them...
