Originally came in on the 24th of July for an extreme headache and neck pain. Was given a CT scan and pain medication. CT SCAN was fine so I was sent home with a prescription for more medicine instead of trying to figure out what is causing the pain. 3 weeks later. Today went in because I just can’t stand this pain anymore. I have had a headache for 6 weeks now. I just want help. Sat in the waiting room for 5 hours. Watching drug heads that came in after me go in and leave before I was even seen. Never got seen. I left. 5 hours is ridiculous. This place is horrible.

Horrible experience. ZERO communication with patient and family. No one knows anything, can't get answers. One week in and family hasn't even spoken to an actual doctor. Nurses clearly overworked. Ask questions get limited short answers. Patient in dark about his own care, after care plan, and medical issues. Very disappointing.

The nurses and doctors go above and beyond. My stay there was first class. I will be going back to holy family hospital to finish up my proceedure and know I'm in GREAT hands. Believe me there is no exageration here. If your unhappy with your hospital you should request holy family. Ask around. A++

This was the only hospital in Spokane that I thought gave decent care until this evening. ,The person that brought be back to the room was rude. I was trying to explain what was going on, has I was talking she closed the drape on me. No nurse came in the room. There was no call bell, it was cold and I had no blanket. I had no gown to put on. The Dr. Was unfriendly, and extremely slow. The one script he said he was going to give me. He forgot, but I did receive a call telling me he forgot. There was no excuse for this type of care. It was not that busy, I could hear the staff talking personally with each other. Yet I was in that cold room, unable to call a nurse because there was no call bell in the room. This was an horrible uncomfortable visit. I will never allow that PAC and his team be allowed to provide care for me even if I were dying. And that is a shame because I had always received good care from Holy Family,. Now I am scared to get care there!!!

NO!! I am a retired nurse who worked at HFH. It is NOT first come, first served!! The Emergency room will ALWAYS take the most life-threatening cases first!! It's called TRIAGE All of you people that come to the ER with minor injuries---- go to the MINOR EMERGENCY CENTERS!!!! STOP USING THE ER FOR HEADACHES, NAusea, and cold and flu symptoms!! STOP USING THE ER AS A DOCTORS OFFICE!!!! GO TO MINOR EMERGENCY!!!
Call the front desk Holy family is 4820111
When I had my baby here they had a lot of crochet hats for babies. They might have been yours. If they are yours, please make them a tad bit wider in circumference :)
Just called and you cannot get an appointment!
MRIs need to be scheduled through Inland Imaging. If you check into the ER the provider may order an MRI if they believe it is necessary, but that depends entirely on that doctors medical opinion.
It used to be the ER (that was about ten years ago when I worked the front desk though)
You should be able to call any hospital and ask the operator if the person your looking for has been admitted.
If you are eligible to get the vaccine you can call holy family and they will be able to help you. You need your id and proper proof either from the find my phase website saying your eligible or an email/text sent to you from the find my phase Wa telling you your eligible.
You can have 1 person with you
They kicked me out at 7 pm, when visiting is over . My husband is in
While I can't promise you the safety of a surgery, I can tell you you're having it at a very safe hospital.
Her Dr or surgeon refers her to rehab... I would start by calling her GP
Nope, but expect a massive bill later. Wa state its illegal to deny medical service based upon the inability to pay at the time of service.
No. They are sent a bill.
My loved one was in a car accident last night.I was notified on whatsapp on my phone
Would be on the Fifth Floor.
Yes
There is a small cafe that offers wraps, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. In the cafeteria there are many of the same options, in addition to pizza, a salad bar, soups, infused water, and there are different foods for breakfast. Please not that the cafeteria is closed nights and on weekends.
They process and assess your need. Rather quickly and after taking your vital signs. You are escorted in to a bed. Then the real wait begins. Waiting time is much shorter. Depending upon the immediate need of help! IE Heart attack. Stroke or a serious injury that is life threatning!
Yes there is.
Across the street on Central panel at the doctors building
They treated me awesome!
Just call the hospital. They can transfer you
If you set up MyChart, you can access all of your personal medical records online. This can be done by a quick trip to talk to a registrar in the ER or a call to your doctors office.
I am so sorry, Robert. However in Spokane, you're lucky you got to see someone at all. In the future, i recommend Franklin Park Urgent care. Better service with educated staff.
Call and ask the people who run customer service, that's their job.....not Google's job...
It most likely will end up at the security office
