Nope, but expect a massive bill later. Wa state its illegal to deny medical service based upon the inability to pay at the time of service.

No, they will send you a bill and eventually have the collections department call you. They are probably just bugging him for insurance information.

Absolutely NOT, That would be illegal in everyday shape and form. Not to mention if you arent able to pay. The last thing they would do is give you MORE medical services costing the hospital more money. In no way would any hospital do such a thing. If your finances are in trouble, talk to billing about compassion pay or benevolence funds from donations to the hospital. Unless it's a private funded hospital which it is NOT, you will always have the option for help!!
