My son and I were here for a week. His eye was completely swollen shut from a sinus infection and it leaked into his eye. Everyone was so amazing and sweet and took very good care of him. Thank you to the nurses and doctors who took care of him.

Sacred heart saved my life 5 years ago. At the time I was only 8 years old. One nurse was very nice and would give me stickers when she had to do stuff to my IV. Anyways, thank you for the great service!

I am appalled at the way my autistic family member was treated here. They laughed at her to her face, called her βretardedβ and suggested she walk home when being discharged. I will be filing a formal complaint with the board of medicine. The cherry on top is that the pregnant nurse who greeted her at the entrance said she couldnβt wait to go home and drink alcohol. Class act. Really atrocious group of people working here. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Absolutely beyond amazing!!! My 9 year old daughter was horribly sick and had a really hard time breathing. Moses Lake ER decided to transfer her to Sacred Heart children's ER. There, they ran a few of tests and immediately found out that she had pneumonia. From there she was moved up to the children's ICU. She stayed there for a few days and let me tell you, she was adorned. She received her own blanket and two stuffed animals to take home! Once she started feeling better and started getting bored they brought in finger nail polish to paint her and her dads nails πI must say she was so comfortable and so "waited" on she wanted another day in the hospital, mind you she's the middle child π I would absolutely recommend them any day!!!

You go to the lobby go out the front door andwalk across the round about over to where the valet parking is and hospital front door right after that
Roughly around $15-$18 dollars starting pay.
They removed the PET Scan from the hospital,I was told, because it cost to much, even though it is a non evasive alternative to biopsies, with better numbers to recovery. Sacred heart has become a school of medicine and they choose to continue"trying" to find a vein ,at least 3 or 4 times before they call in the "specialist" with the $50 vein finder, not once but twice. If my mother ever has to be poked ,prodded ,poisoned, overdosed, violated, and LIED to by this crew of docs that aren't really docs half the time,I thought Medicare was a must and somehow sacred heart Hospitalists, along with KMC hospitalists and Mayo ,have turned it into a corporation that is only about the money.and they have been given permission on what they can bill Medicare
I think its 3.00 a whole day might be bit more for valet it you might wanna call and see their parking sucks and wait is long!!
No privacy prepping for a colostectomy at 5:p.m. with a commode at the bedside!
No
More than likely, you will have to go down to the records department with him, to get them. HIPPA laws require him to be present. Or they did when I had to help my brother get his
You have to call and they will direct you. That is the way to get a hold of a patient
You can pay with a card when leaving the garage or prepay at a kiosk with cash.
The Children's parking garage is free for like under 10min visits.
Good Question I've been applying there for months and still no answer..
Sacred heart is now a non smoking campus, even in and near the parking lots.
Opens up pretty early. When I left at 730 it was already running. probably at 7am
There is no good hotel in walking distance. There is a blah hotel.
Emergency room parking are free if available.
I don't know if they do
I believe if you have an appointment they will validate your parking ticket if you parked in their garage.
Call the hospital
No, unless it is your child and then you qualify for the Ronald McDonald House and their resources.
There is a security office located at ER, once you entered from the main door it would be on your right. Give them the day and time and they will check it out for you. If not found they might check their cameras if your items lost while you was out of the room.
Possibly you can try special mobility service . SMS. They transport people to and from doctor appointments and hospital er .rooms
Yes there is. $3.00
I had to bring one of my heart medications during my 2 week stay there. The nurse stated that "it's such a new medication SHMC doesn't stock it"
talk to
If you go to Virginia Mason instead of this place you have a lot better luck and won't have to worry about the buses as much I have better parking and better Dr
