So I had an appointment to come tour these apartments and when I got there I learned there was a mistake and it turns out I can't afford them. Mariela was working in the leasing office and was super kind and helpful in explaining things. I was so nervous when I came in because finding housing is so difficult, and Mariela met me with compassion. I'm really thankful for this experience even if it didn't work out for me finding a place to live. Thank you, Mariela! You are amazing and a GIFT. Prominence is lucky to have you.

They have a gate guarded community where the security guards could care less about the security they are supposed to provide. Gate is wide open and they just wave anyone through the gate or they're not there at all. People pay a lot for amenities they don't receive. Apartments need regular maintenance. Looks good from the outside, maintenance leaves a lot to be desired.

Apartments are gorgeous but maintenance needs to step it up. We went months without a microwave and oven. The pool is just beautiful, love the new chairs they put as well.

We’ve lived here for about 6 years and at first it was amazing. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever lived if I’m being honest. The staff was great the complex was clean and well maintained. Then management changed and it has just been going down hill ever since. Since we’ve lived here we have seen at least 6 different management changes and they have all been progressively worse. The absolute worst was the management we had during covid. Garbage cans were always completely over flowing and the landscaping was not being maintained. We had several maintenance requests go unfulfilled for months and months. I’m not sure when it happened but there seems to have been yet another management change within the last 6 months or so. I only know this because we got a sudden drastic rent increase that goes way above the legal increase limits. Did I mention that they don’t even directly handle the leases anymore? Everything gets sent to Delaware and the only way to contact them is through a call center or email. We’ve tried contacting them several times to get them to explain the $450 rent increase and our emails are being ignored. The landscaping around the complex is overgrown and ugly. We have put a few maintenance requests to trim the over grown spider infested bushes that are scratching our car but again, we get ignored. By the way, the “awesome amenities” this place provides are a complete lie. The movie theater and social room used to be part of what makes this place so “luxurious” . They don’t even let you use them anymore unless you pay. These things used to be a perk to living here but they recently changed this without telling anyone. They are now charging tenants $100 plus a $200 deposit just to use them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start charging people to use the gym or even the pool at this rate! This place has changed for the worse and it’s not looking like it’s going to be getting better anytime soon.
