My husband and i leased here for almost a year, and i have no complaints. Staff were so friendly (Amy is the best!) the apartments were so modern, everything worked perfectly, very friendly neighbors as well, maintenance came very quick if needed, and the parking was very spacious as well which is not common i feel in California. We loved living here. This was our first apartment as a married couple and it was such a wonderful experience, as i hear stories about how some apartments can be nightmares. This was not. We even got our full deposit back minus cleaning and the remainder of our bills. The community board as well is very helpful for staying in the know with what’s going on around Camden. Since my husbands military we had to cut our lease early and there were no extra charges or anything (as it should be, but you know some landlords may try to not let you out or charge you). i really appreciate the wonderful experience we had living here

Shout out to Anna at Camden | Old Creek for being a "rock star" and an amazing Community Manager. I've had a place here since April 2016. She's been nothing but helpful and professional and has gone out of her way to make being a part of the Old Creek community a great experience. Camden | Old Creek is a great place to call home. If you're considering an apartment or townhouse rental in the San Elijo area, this is a great place to live. Good value. Friendly staff. Professional service.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Camden Old Creek, especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Jose. I originally was interested in Camden because they have many locations where I am from in Texas, but that is not why I ultimately chose to live here. The staff made me feel at home, even though I am on the other side of the country! Amy has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her, but the spotlight this time needs to be shined on Jose. I am writing this review because my husband and I have lived here for over a year, and now has come the time to renew. We were curious about other floor plans and originally only asked to tour one unit, but ended up having Jose show us not one, not two, but three different units! I am a very picky person and Jose was so patient as he listened to all my needs and wants. If you are looking for a place to call home that will treat you like family, look no further! Camden Old Creek is calling! Also don't forget to ask for Jose!!

Camden Old Creek is a beautiful, peaceful place to live. We love how dog-friendly and clean the complex is. The updated interior in the apartment is beautiful and modern. From the marble counter tops, wood floors, updated appliances, and plentiful natural lighting, we've enjoyed calling this place home. We're in a 1-bedroom, but it's very spacious and open. For an apartment complex our privacy has never been compromised. We never hear neighbors through the walls. The complex is within beautiful neighborhoods walk-able to San Elijo town center. We've discovered multiple trails that connect near Camden, too. On top of that, the staff is warm and welcoming. Amy has helped to make us feel at home from day 1 and is ALWAYS kind and friendly. She knows the tenants and cares about their well-being. Great place to live.
