Just moved in 8 days ago and I'm so happy we're here. The newly remodeled apartment looks fantastic. New floors, carpets, paint, appliances are beautiful. From my first tour with Tamara in November, I knew this is where I wanted to live. The grounds are well-maintained and lush. 2 heated pools are perfect in January since it was 81 here today. Management has been incredibly helpful and NICE! The Management team of Michael, Tamara and Nyla has gone above and beyond to make our move smooth. They all care about us. It's very refreshing these days.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I love it here!

The buildings are well constructed. You cannot hear anything through the walls except water running. The staff is always available to help you with your concerns. They have been working hard to help people during the pandemic. It is much appreciated. .I do not understand, however, why the water is turned off as often as it is. I realize that the buildings are older, but turning the water off at least once a month without apparently fixing what is wrong does not make sense to me. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Lack of communication is one of my biggest pet peeves! I've had business situations where I've sent emails, requesting confirmation of receipt, and not heard back. Sheri is at the opposite end of that spectrum! With all the responsibilities of being Community Manager, just knowing she received my message and will look into it, etc. -- and she always does -- has always been impressive. She goes beyond Nike's "Just Do It" motto, to what I strive for, "Just Do It NOW!", which in the long run saves time. -

I came to Casa Vallecitos to check it out. I entered the lobby area and I spoke with a few of the tenants. They were very upbeat about the property. They said they knew several tenants that had lived there happily for 12, 15, 18 years. The folks I spoke to had been there a month and they were extremely happy. Erik showed me one of the units that were suitable for me. It was extremely clean, brand new carpet and brand new fridge. Interesting that the Apartment number was the exact same apartment # I had for 6 years and the same one I was moving from. Erik was professional and very knowledgeable. He promised to call me that afternoon if I was approved. His word was GOLD as he did in fact call me with the good news. After doing my due diligence on 55+ properties for a solid 12 months, I was very excited to sign a 13 month lease. Casa Vallecitos gets my highest recommendation and I look forward to many happy years there.
