We have lived here for a year and love it! The homes are stunning, the landscaping/pools are kept clean, and the location is in close proximity to restaurants, parks, highway, gyms, etc. I’ve read other reviews regarding parking- we have 2 cars and visitors every other day and have never had parking trouble. The maintenance manager, (Peter), is always on top of our maintenance requests and gets things done quickly! Friendly staff, easy going neighbors, beautiful homes. We have several friends in the community, and they all love living here as much as we do- definitely recommend! We are so glad we found this place.

Love it here only issues I see is limited parking but you get a garage big enough for two.

Absolutely gorgeous eye catching color scheme. Great interior layouts Edit: im now reading all these reviews and it sounds like most of these people are complaining about parking availability bc they have more than 2 cars. Mostly college students and trust fund children who are unaware that they are living in buildings designed for FAMILIES. (Who typically only have 2 cars.) And not rich children who cant seem to stop buying car, or are too broke to afford the place because they're going to school and not working fulltime and require more than 1 roommate... This is your bed. You made it. Now you gotta lie in it.

These apartments are nice looking but they have horrible management, that they misled me in believing that there was plenty of parking. I parked in a “designated” parking space and found two notices that my car was about to be towed away. We pay too much money on rent, and we have to uber to work or if we go out. Do not recommend this apartments unless you like to uber or dont own a car.

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a pet deposit of $500 and a pet rent of $50. Please contact the leasing office for details.
