I have running water loud every night that wakes me up. I probably use 10 gal. Of water daily to water plants. I asked for a new meter..No Response Need hekp. No signs of water outside or inside? Where is my water going and why hasnt vallecitos responded to my request for helo. I have 2 meters. One in front and one on hill. Why cant I get a new meter and who is getting my water that runs 6 hrs every night??!!

Terrible customer service. I paid this bill way back in September. It went through my bank and then they just turned me to collections for it... umm check your records....

Just spoke to someone on the phone to get my water service started. They could not find my address even though it was in San Marcos and were very impatient in asking me for nearby cross streets. They should be just as capable to search Google Maps. They were in the end unable to direct me to the correct way to get my water service started. I did not have to wait terribly long to get to talk to someone, so that part was nice.
