From the owners (Jeani is who our awesome contact is) who visited and met with us in home, got to know our needs first, prior to scheduling and matching caregivers to my father, to the scheduling department (Marcy & team is so kind and caring to our needs) to our full-time caregiver Samantha (Sammie!). She has become like family to us. My father feels very comfortable with her. She literally is a “life savor” every single day as his condition progresses, which brings on hallucinations and negative feelings.
