This place has made a difficult pregnancy 100x worse. Now 5months pregnant w/complications desperately trying to find a new provider. They do the bare minimum to say the least, don't listen or care (wouldn't even fill out my pregnancy form and cost me a job!) I've had 2 kids and no issues with the providers and I am dumbfounded at how much they do not care and it feels like they don't even want to do their job or care what happens to u. Save yourself a ton of stress and er visits and find anywhere else. They do not listen and DO NOT CARE! A couple ppl there do but u rarely get o see them. The normal people you're stuck with are awful

Totally useless! Am being seen by 5 dr.s now outside true care, in the last 3 months. Have not been able to see my primary dr., truecare in longer. Appts take months, then on tje day of the appt they call you and cancel. Only to move the appt out another 3 weeks, only to cancel that one without even tellimg me. If your sick and ya wanna fall thru the cracks and die, this is the doc for ypu.

This place has really declined in service and care . Can’t wait for open enrollment with my employer. Never again will I choose this facility for health care. Making an appointment requires too much time only to get rude service and have them hang up on you . Dr canceled twice on me BUT if I arrive even 5 mins late they will turn you away and have you reschedule . BUT it’s ok to keep the patient waiting for more than an hour . Used to get to good place to go but has really gone down hill the past 2-3 years . Would rate it a minus if I could

Yep, what Kenneth said. This is more of a clinic than a hospital, and for a lot of the specialists, like Gastro, they refer you to one in your area.
