Called me an hour before pickup telling me no car available....go somewhere else. This location especially seems to book rentals with no car available. Be better. Alex really seemed to hate his job and said they have this problem constantly, don't think employees like working here much..offered no help to check at other branch either. Thanks Alex, you drove another customer away.

Reading other reviews leaves me confused about why people rate these guys any lower than 4 stars. They picked me up/dropped me off just like usual. They were accommodating when I had a minor issue. The manager sent me a message during my rental asking if I needed anything. All their vehicles were clean inside and spotless out, plus they had a good selection. Alex is very professional. He helped me with my minor issue and because of that I will definitely be using these guys as my goto rental spot near home. Opinion: I read one review that said they didn't have the type of car reserved and when they rented, they were charged a higher daily rate because they rented a better "type" of car. THIS CANT BE TRUE! That's not how they operate. If my reserved "type" of vehicle isn't available, I'm always upgraded at the same rate.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Would give this place zero stars if it were an option. Booked a car well in advance before my trip and two days before the departure date, I was told that no cars of the model I booked would be available. I agreed to switch to another model, but I was charged a new rate that was much higher than the previous rate when I booked the first car weeks ago, because the re-book happened closer to my departure date, and that raised the price. I went to the office to negotiate on the day of my departure, but the manager Kate would not let me speak even if I was the one handling the whole situation. According to her, because I paid with my mother's card, I was not her "customer". She insisted there were no cars of the original model I booked at any Enterprise offices nearby. This is false because I called the other offices in advance and many of them told me they had the model available. As we were negotiating, the model that I originally booked for arrived at the parking lot. It is extremely hard to not be suspicious that this shop intentionally manipulated the booking situation to earn higher rates from the other customers that booked later than us. The manager Kate did not try to be understanding or accommodating to our needs, nor did she genuinely try to solve our problem. Absolutely the most unpleasant experiences out of the many times I have rented a car. If you want a happy and smooth start to your family vacation, please avoid this place at all cost.

My experience with Enterprise Rent -A -Car has always been very good. This time was no exception. It was the manager of the facility Ms. May who greeted me and handled the return. She did it in a very professional way. When requested for a ride back home, it was five star service. a Tesla car was at the door when I walked out. Keep up the excellent service!

That's one of the main reasons people rent cars.
Most car rentalmplaces do. In this case, there were cars on the lot that had out own state license plates...e.g.Texas...so It's a good indicator they do at this Enterprise Rental location as most other national car rental places do.
