Felicitas is correct. No antibiotics in your system, 7 days after last dose. Call the blood donor lab and they can email you a list of drug that can prevent or defer you from donating.
All blood donated at CHLA or in their mobile drive goes to their kids! They actually run low all the time and have to buy it from red cross.
Bellflower not bell. Place is called biomat. Just put biomat on your Google map and it should come out. I believe the main cross streets are Lakewood and Artesia but it's in the city of bellflower.
They do not pay you at all. It's a donation. They do give movie tickets, so that is something. But, isn't helping out those in need the reason to donate?

No. They do offer a meal voucher, parking endorsement and complementary Regency Theater tickets when you donate platelets. I have no idea what the procedure is for whole blood. It's actually against the law to pay for any blood products except for plasma. Presumably because plasma can be pasteurized.
