*the pictures are from after he “fixed my toes* I went to Venus on Saturday and I have been going here for years. When I first arrived I was looking for my favorite stylist but it was pretty busy - I got sent to an older woman that was sitting down when I arrived. It was almost as if they didn’t have anyone else so they told her to clock in- no worries 😌 As she’s doing my toes I tell her to cut down- she proceeds to begin opening the polish but my toes were not completely filed- I gestured to her that the points of my toes were still real pointy looking(like scratching your man in the bed type lol) she clearly wasn’t understanding me so I had to take the filer myself to show her what I meant -she fixes it At this point I’m extremely nervous because if you can’t file correctly- how you going to paint my toes and they look good? So she begins my toes- and I’m watching her - she was missing the corners of some of my toe nails/ and didn’t try to clean up the extras along the cuticles ( I kid you not ) I would point to her to fix it and she would nod - as if in agreement so I figured she planned to just fix them all when she finished putting the gel polish on. Boy when she closed that polish and moved the gel light as if she was finished that’s when I realized she thought she had just did a good job and was done! I let the lady that understood English know I needed someone else to come and look at this- the owner comes over and I explain that I just want this fixed- it looks like I’m on my way in for a retouch instead of this just getting done- he proceeds to tell me “It looks fine to me” boy was I hot- so I showed him the sides of some of my toes- she had literally left 3 of my toes sides completely untouched with polish! And he tells me this looks good? So he sat down to give me another coat and file the excess gel off. Honestly when he was done(the pictures I included) I still didn’t think it looked good. Of course they still charged me full price. This was my last time at this establishment

Bulky, chunky, thick, uneven SNS nails. When I asked if they could be filed a little more and evened out, the nail tech stated, “no, honey. It’s (because of) your nails.” From across the room they look ok. But up close these nails look like the nails I did myself at home during the pandemic… An opportunity to show attention to detail was severely missed. I will not be returning to Venus Nails and I recommend others to try somewhere else for SNS.

The place was so elegant & the people were very nice. However, I did not like that my time there felt very rushed. The lady doing my nails had an appointment with someone else but still proceeded to do my nails. So the whole time she looked rushed, and kept looking at the clock. She was rushing to do my nails and only did one coat of the “pink” and a clear coat on top. The picture isn’t giving my nails any justice. They look so patchy in person. Was not happy about that! For the quality of work that I got it seems like I went asking to get my nails done for free. It was not my fault that she had an appointment, if that was the case I promise you I would have not minded at all to wait.

Been coming here since April. No nails when i started. The because of the staffs great job and sns i have not had tips put on in 6 weeks. This is my nails before color. Thank you guys!! Love the pedi deluxe. I suggest it to everyone!!
