They are extremely rude 2nd time I have come in at 7:15 and been turned away because they stop taking ppl at 6:30pm. Sad because I have an event to attend and I was ready to tip well seeing that I have a regular nail artist that is out of town to go to my next option and they say they don’t take ppl at 6:30 when it clearly says open on the sign on the door. Will continue to tell ppl not to come here

I moved here in April and have been struggling to find a nail salon that was not rude and also one that could explain the process to achieve the look I desired since I don't do my nails all the time. I had the worst experiences until today. Eric is amazing at his craft, personable and helped me understand what different approaches we could take to get the look and design I wanted. Prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely return.

I gave a 2 because if you don't get gel polish they do not have a dryer for your feet. So you pretty much HAVE to get gel which is an additional $15 on top of the $30 basic pedicure. The wait time is ridiculous. Very small shop. The massage part of the chair didn't work or maybe it wasn't turned on. Definitely needed another coat. And the polish is on my cuticles. This was my second time ive been and will be my last time. Staff was nice
