U can make an appt or walk right in & usually don't have to wait too long. The employees r kind & kno how to pamper u. They have a price list to look at if u aren't exactly sure what u want to do. It easily explains what they offer, the differences between the options as well as the cost of everything which can be very helpful. They sell gift cards. There are massage chairs with remotes that provide a lot of relaxation while u receive ur pedicure (whichever one u choose to get that day). They even have special little animal chairs for kids to sit in while they get pampered too. They offer several different great smelling pedi options. They always do a wonderful job on my family's nails. The polish always stays on & looking good for a couple of wks. But do NOT get your lashes done here! My gma did twice....1 time she hadn't made it home before the glue was irritating her eyes & the next time they didn't look even & they began to fall off a couple of days later. I had my lashes done the last time I went to get pampered & I left looking great. I was careful & took care of them but after 2-3 days they began to fall off, sadly. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
