Come here if you'd like to be ignored. I had to "hunt" an employee and was told to wait. Another patron drove in and was immediately helped. Not sure if it's a long time customer, but very unprofessional. Wanted a simple service, which eventually would lead to more business as I constantly need tires/alignments. Such a shame for customer service. Seems legit all around from observation, but far from it in experience.
