A very strong attitude from the lady with the strong Portuguese or Brazilian accent. She was unhelpful and very rude. Apart from several sighs, I got no guidance whatsoever from her. Also, there is no appointments available to renew passports until August 2022. You will have to buy flights first, send your itinerary to the Consulate and and hope for them to “squeeze” you in. Top notch service! (Sarcasm)

Don’t even bother trying to make an appointment at the Denver office. They book up within 30 seconds every single week (I had two phones trying to book and by 12:31 we were booted out as the time slot was taken). What’s the point of offering passport services in Denver with zero chance of getting an appointment? The LA staff were inhospitable and completely lacking empathy. The booking system is incredible flawed and needs to be fixed.

5 stars for one of the individuals working there, who went above and beyond, actually using empathy! Other than that, unfortunately, just another experience dealing with a government agency.

Amazing!! We arrived 9 minutes before our 2pm appointment and she (not sure of the girls name......red head and super nice!!) was welcoming and super efficient! In and out in 9 mins! Because we were early it was really nice sitting in the court yard outside the building. Lots of seating in almost a park situation with loads of restaurants lining it.

I have not been able to get my AU visa online. I am suppose to leave on March 10th what do I do?
Yes, as long as you know your passport number
Can I apply for ETA from the U.S.?
I am holding US passport, do I need travel to Australia for short visit, do I need to apply for visa or I will get it on arrival
Hi Jen, have you made any progress on your situation of getting stranded here in Los Angeles?
Not sure about that
Just go to Australian consulate Los Angeles division and Google will tell you
Google Australian ETA. It should only be $30. Don’t use one of the sites that charges you $100 just to submit the information for you. Do it directly with the government website.
You call go through prompts, sometimes they pick up or leave a VM and they returned my call

First thing to check would be to go to a pharmacy with a copy of your prescription and request an emergency refill (and explain why). Depending on what it is they may be able to fill it outright. If this fails, try a telemedicine provider. If that fails, call the consulate directly - this is a page for questions *about* the consulate - the consulate does not monitor it directly.
I knew this person who worked for IRS and met an Australian guy. She met him in Aus and vice-versa thereafter. My ex-gf and I met the guy, and invited them for Christmas eve in my home along with other relatives and friends. I remember that he had found a job as a Manager at a Hotel. That's a quick and easy way of getting a job in so little time. When I was going through issues with my relationship with my my ex, I was invited to have a dinner with the couple, my ex, colleague and the guy. I passed the invitation and I received quite a few emails from an Australian model to build her a portfolio and a great website. I asked her how she got my email and she said that she's a friend of the guy. She was telling me about things but I was not interested and stopped communicating and ever since, I just didn't care and never thought of knowing what she had to share. The guy now works in Hollywood. He made it in so little time. I'm very proud of him.
I am giving a trip, to a close friend, living, in Costa Rica to Australia. He is a citizen of Costa Rica and has a passport. How does he apply for a Visa?.
You can apply online for ETA visa
For work yes you would need a Visa. if it is tourist you can get an ETA Visa which takes all of 15 minutes online at the Australian home affairs website.
There is one, about 3 miles away. They can tell you exactly where it is if you call or email the Consulate. And the Photo place knows exactly what is,nneded
If you're not leaving the airport or going through customs, no. If you are leaving the airport, yes.
Prescriptions should be made out in your name. Vitamins don't require a prescription. Medicinal marijuana is not permitted.
