One of the finest management teams I have ever had the experience of working with, always striving for the best living environments possible. Maintenance crew is top notch making customer satisfaction is guaranteed. My 5th year of living on this property full time since my retirement, without a single regret. Our decision to move to San Marcos and Whispering Oaks Apartments continues to be in our best interest. Given the challenges of San Diego County housing shortages rising rents has been a challenge to all that enjoy the incredible weather and activities that are all within a short distance. The location is superior even if you ride public transportation, or drive your our vehicle, every requirement is a short distance. Pricing is fair based on comparisons of amenities and square footage. The garage space is the hidden bonus on this property.

Whispering Oaks is well run, with friendly staff, and close to stores, the freeway, and other amenities. There are walking paths, bicycle paths, and parks nearby as well. Post office and library are within walking distance, as well as a senior center. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Loved working with the leasing Manager, Anna Ocampo. The maintenance was always willing to help and Anna was always available to answer any questions when needed! I lived here for a year and our family was grateful that they were willing to work with us in moving in. We appreciated all her help and her patience! We lived here for two years and loved our time there. Anna in the office was always incredibly helpful and friendly. She made sure we always had anything we needed. Jose and his crew on maintenence were always quick to fix anything that broke. If somehting urgernt came up, they would drop what they were doing to help. The only issue we had was the thin insulation which is due to being a little older of a bulding - summers can be a little warm and winters could be a little cold, but nothing real drastic. The community itself was usually always quiet and we never had issues with parking. This is lots of close street parking available. Location wise, it is very centrally located with quick access to all major stores and the 78 & 15 freeways. This was a good place to live!
