Ordered for some of the girls at work, coffee and bagels. Honestly not worth the $$. Most bagels were not soft. But the coffee was good, nothing special. I ended up throwing away the bagels

So, wife and I wanted to try the Indian place next door. We were out of our area, they ended up being closed, we were hungry, this place seemed reasonable. A knockoff Panera at first glance. Decided on a clam chowder bread bowl. Right as I paid, my wife laughed, pointed, and said well that's what you're eating.... I looked, and it's a freaking box of cans of clam chowder. 0____0 I couldn't even finish it. It got cold fast. It was gelatinous. The bread bowl was even lifeless and without flavor. The only decent item we ordered was a cookie.... so there's that.

The bread bowl was good. I do wish they would toast the top of the bowl. Maybe next time I'll ask for that. It was delicious though! The clam chowder was ok. It almost looked like it was separating and it was really thin. No clams and a couple potatoes. It was a poor bowl. But maybe it was because it was 815 PM when we got there? Possibly the end of the soup? I really love clam chowder and I really hope the owner would consider making it thicker with more clams and potatoes. Also working on the size of the potatoe. It's all about the bit and what's inside. I would have given 4 stars if the restaurant eating area was clean. All booths were covered with food and below where your feet go was dirty as well. Both young ladies were not busy and at one point I watched them dance behind the counter. I thought maybe they were super busy with only 2 customers in the store so I let it go but they were not. I did not like that. I do hope these issues would be addressed because ide love to come back and enjoy another bread bowl!
