After water and mold damage to my home was discovered, ServPro packed and stored all my household belongings for 7 months, and returned everything when rebuild was completed. I found the teams to be professional, courteous, respectful of my home, and responsive to my inquiries. When I identified a few minor issues, the Manager, Ethan Mena, came to my home, and personally resolved all issues to my satisfaction. Patti Byrd was also very effective in seeing that everything was done properly. I would rate their customer service as 100%, A+.

Hands down the greatest single experience I have ever had with a company doing work in my home. Everything was handle with care and done in a timely fashion. The prices can’t be beat unless you want some hack of a company handling your belongings. Calling Juan and his team at Serv Pro was the best decision of my life. Keep in mind I went to community college and served in our glorious military for nine years. You got a problem call Juan Araya at Serv Pro I can guarantee he’s got about ten awesome ways to remedy said problem. I digress. Long story longer you want the best call these guys. If you don’t want the best do whatever you want what do I care.

This is a review for the customer service at servpro. While working in the plaza of my job, one of these trucks hit my brand new PARKED car while I was sitting inside and left a bunch of deep scratches. The driver committed a hit and run, as soon as he realized he hit me, he sped off. I filed a police report, but this company has been so difficult to work with. After running me around for months, every single person I spoke to from servpro was extremely rude. God forbid you ever have any issues with this company. They are no help!!!
