I have lived here since November 2020 and loved it but they have changed management 2 times in the last couple months and it has gone downhill drastically!! You can't ever get anyone to respond to emails at all anymore. I have sent them my renters insurance proof 4 times and they still charged me a fee because they "didn't get it". Delivering packages is a nightmare and the office doesn't help at all. The maintenance guys are the best part about this place, they are extremely respectful, helpful, and efficient. I am very happy to be moving next month and do not recommend this place with the current management.

PLEASE BEWARE !!!!! I had a horrible experience moved in this apartment with my husband and newborn baby. First complaint is we had college neighbors blasting music from 9pm -4am after asking them politely to keep it down they did not care and continued despite cops being called on them and multiple complaints from other neighbors an Palomar office did nothing. Second complaint the walls are so thin you can hear every step and other neighbors entire conversation on top of that you get a cheap loud washer and dryer in your kitchen.Third complaint your breaker , disposal & washer an dryer will stop working every other week Ive had to call maintenance come an fix so many things that shouldn’t have been an issue. We pay so much to have cheap used materials placed in this apartment multiple times. Fourth complaint they moved us in with a dirty carpet i had to vaccume and scrub walls. Lastly THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU RIDICULOUS FEES LIKE THE TYPICAL RIP OFF APARTMENT COMPLEX SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & STRESS. I KEPT THAT APARTMENT EXTREMELY CLEAN & THEY STILL CHARGED ME 1,200 For ridiculous fees & KEPT MY DEPOSIT!

The staff here, told me to park anywhere, and then got towed away in a row! I live here and can't park, I'm speechless, the staff here is totally irresponsible. I'm very angry! I have lost $556. Never rent a house here. Otherwise you will go crazy!

I have officially lived here for a Month today & oh How good it feels be totally satisfied & happy with the decision you made when shopping for an apartment completely online. I looked far and wide for a place that had the amenities I needed (in unit Washer/Dryer, assigned Parking, Central AC). I also really wanted a safe and friendly neighborhood. Palomar Station delivered that and more! Two lovely pools With grills-One with a hot tub, clean streets, small bike trail, private gym and the most kind Leasing Staff! I was helped by Kirra originally, she was able to answer all questions I had about the place, even measuring certain areas for me since I couldn’t see the apartment before signing the lease. Upon arrival Mai-Ling assisted in giving me a walk through of the neighborhood and my apartment. It was easy, they were genuine and even after signing the lease have been nothing but help. Covid has put a slight damper on the engagement of the community but even with the restrictions you can tell this is an open-armed neighborhood. I hope this review has helped make your decision a little easier when looking for a place to live. I love it here and if you have any questions feel free to respond to this review. (Good to know: The Train Station causes little to no disturbance and noise, this place is very pet friendly, guest parking isn’t extremely convenient For all units but there is plenty of it, I have had ZERO issues when getting in contact with The leasing office, & ZERO signs of Rats or roaches)
