Recently returned to Joseph's only to find out this restaurant has changed hands. Great staff but food quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Will not be returning to this restaurant

I've never seen liver there. You might want to call ahead. They are more of a diner than a deli.

I don't understand why established restaurant close at 3 please make me understand this?

I believe its because they have a big breakfast and lunch following. So 3 is the cut off.
