1. Yes. As a custom builder we can modify houses to suit your needs or design one from scratch. 2. We do not purchase or supply the lot/parcel. As a true custom builder we do not force you to live only on lots of our choosing. As you could imagine, this would greatly limit our clientele. Some customers want to live right on the Gulf of Mexico, others out in horse country. We would never be able to hold enough lots in inventory to suit every customer's needs. You would be required to either purchase a lot yourself, or have an accepted offer on a piece of land which we could give to your loan officer along with a copy of our contract. This way you could obtain a loan for both the house and lot wrapped together in one. If you have enough cash to purchase the lot I would suggest doing that to simplify things. The lot can act as collateral towards your construction loan. We have realtors we work with as well as loan officers. So if you need assistance please email us.
Our main base of operations is centered between Rotonda & South Gulf Cove. We build in most of Charlotte County and part of Sarasota County. Areas in Charlotte County south of the Peace River, east of Kings Highway or east of I-75 may be subject to additional travel charges. We also build in all of Englewood, all of Boca Grande and most of Venice (South of Venice Avenue). We do NOT build in North Port.
