Tight nit HOA makes you feel unwanted in the complex if they decide they dislike you for any reason. I was given a parking space opposite side of building from which I live on and I have a young child. Would NOT Recommend!

This is a condo association, each unit has an individual owner. I don't know if you're looking to rent or buy but the best way to find out what is available is to do a Google search for what you're looking for. I know of a two bedroom for sale $95,000.00 and a one bedroom for rent for $800.00.
