My roommate and I have loved our home at Ava. We are travel nurses who were part of the flexible living program. We were able to rent a two bedroom two bathroom apartment for our six month stent in SD. From the beginning Luis was welcoming and patient with our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the complex and surrounding area. Luis always made it a point that I could contact him about anything. From my move in day to move out, Luis carried his positive and energetic attitude. I have lived in multiple complexes and have never felt more at ease with a leasing consultant. Thank you Luis!

This is a perfect place! I moved here a week ago from New York, and Luis made what would be a stressful leasing experience a breeze. The amenities are top-notch with pool, spa, BBQ spots, beach volleyball, tennis court, and so on. The apartment is super clean and well maintained. All gates are equipped with smart access system. Super Safe! Everyone I've met here has been very friendly. It's a solid place for a young-professional looking to live in SD. I am very happy to be living here! Also, I'd like to give a big shout-out to Luis Quintana! He is super patient with all my questions. He set up everything and gave me detailed instructions for after-hours move-in. He even placed all my packages inside my apartment home! He is awesome! And he is the best Community Consultant I have ever met. Highly recommended!

5 stars!! I have zero complaints. the apartment was clean and it couldn’t feel safer than it does. The complex feels like a summer camp for adults. The price is worth the amenities and the people you meet. The pool is quiet exactly at 10pm every night. The staff are all amazing, specifically Luis. He helped me with every step of moving and made it so easy. He responded so quickly via email, followed up with me, & move in went perfect!! So far so good so amazing!!! great community. highly recommend :)
