I would give zero stars. The clerks are so rude. They're not helpful. Katie has been short and rude with me on multiple occasions while I'm only asking questions. This is a public service while people are in not great conditions obviously. You're service is awful. Your tone is harsh. There are a few good that work in there but the face, the first people you see and need to speak with and ask questions are horribly rude. Please replace them with someone more caring. Court systems are corrupt enough as it is, last thing we need is someone rude barking down your throat when you need help with the information already given.

I have COVID and they still want me to come to my court. Over a small matter. I have a doctors note they don’t care about either. It works better with my schedule to go anyways since I’m off work. Just didn’t want to spread COVID around. Take extra precautions when going here they don’t care about COVID

I'm always met with kind and courteous people when I go to the Sheriff's office at the courthouse, always very helpful and always answer all my questions that I have for them👍👍

The Jury Duty person was rude, and interrupted me constantly on the phone. I would NEVER volunteer to serve this court, and I have nothing good to say about the organization. I would like to see every single person in the court replaced by someone new. They need to get some customer service skills, and I think they all should work for McDonald's for a year to learn them and then re-apply to try and get their old job back.

He can file the paperwork but nothing is final. First you have to be served by someone such as a sheriff or friend or his. Then you file a response to his divorce papers. Then the judge makes a court date to finalize and sign off on it.. Hope that helps..

When I showed up for jury duty they had a notice on the door of the west entrance with an arrow pointing where to go. That's the entrance where the food cart sets up.
You will probably have to call the court house or go there to find out.
That I'm not sure about. You might try calling 541-967-3845 (court calendaring)
By Oregon statute 106.120(4)(a), the court charges a fee of $110 to have a marriage solemnized by a judge. If this is a hardship, fee waiver applications are available at the courthouse. This fee does not include the cost of a marriage license.
