By Oregon statute 106.120(4)(a), the court charges a fee of $110 to have a marriage solemnized by a judge. If this is a hardship, fee waiver applications are available at the courthouse. This fee does not include the cost of a marriage license.
Just got the marriage license yesterday it's good after the 24 but wanting to try getting married the 28 can i just go in a day or so an get it set to get married the 28 it's just a simple marriage
