The good: We (my wife and I) get our mail most of the time. A few of the people have been professional and courteous. The bad: 1) We consistently get mail for previous residents that do not live here any longer. This ranges from 1-12 pieces of mail per week. These are mostly for the same 6 people. We were told to put a sign on the mailbox that says "Only deliver to ____(our names)". This does not work since the delivery workers ignore it. We have returned the mail for all recipients with the "not at this address" like USPS says to and they keep delivering mail clearly addressed to the same previous residents. 2) We have occasionally not received our mail. 3) We have occasionally received mail for people that have a completely different address. The Hope: Our hope is that this branch will take customer feedback seriously and make changes. They have the power to change. If/when they change so will the reviews.

This is the absolute most disappointing post office I've ever visited. It's clean and that's about all that can be said for them. Mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address. The custom service is lackluster at best and typically condescending. I've lived in the service areas of 14 post offices across 5 states and each has been great! These guys are just awful. If you sogn up for informed delivery you can see the mail you'll be getting that day, scanned in and emailed to you! Which would help if they'd actually deliver it. I understand that they're consistently getting defunded but even the slightest bit of effort woupd be great.

I'm regularly at the post office toward close of business, and I've found the employees to be friendly and patient with me and any questions I run into. I ship with Etsy so I'm here most days, and I'm definitely satisfied with the service I get. Also, off street parking is a nice bonus for being downtown. Quick update, still 5 stars easy. Got passports done with my kids (4 and 6) and it was smooth sailing. We appreciate how patient the workers were even after the coloring books got boring!

Ordered item on Amazon and was supposed to be delivered on a Sunday. Got an email saying it was delivered at 3:45 pm. Nowhere to be found. Went to Post Office Monday and reported it. Was told after a 20 minute check that it had been delivered to the wrong address. Carrier was supposed to recover package but nothing as of Friday. Postmaster told me on Thursday that it was now a problem between myself and Amazon and nothing could be done about the incompetent mail carrier. This is second time in a year that they have lost my packages by delivering them to the wrong address. Totally worthless USPS branch office. BEWARE !!!!!!! Wish I could give a negative star rating because that's what they deserve. Can't wait until they go belly up.

You can go to the counter they can help
I don't believe so. But there's a shipping center on 9th; in the same parking lot as Walgreens, across the street from Arby's. You can drop off UPS packages there.
Because...they are morons???
Go to USPS.COM I believe you can
