Unsafe! Homeless camping in garage and halls every night. Management won't hire security even though the gate has been broken for months. The elevator brakes every time someone moves in. Rentacop swings by once every 18hrs, maybe, but for the other 99 percent of the day, please welcome your homeless neighbor pissing on the entrance doors or sleeping under your car. Management is basically incompetent and does not care or make any effort to place security by the garage. Overpriced and constantly falling apart.

Such a convenient location. I’ve been at my friends apartment here a few times and I love the secure entry they have at the front and the killer view of the Coronado bridge. I’m always very comfortable when I’m here and would definitely consider moving here in the future..

Ok so let's start off with the good parts... there aren't any. Management have lied on most fronts, if you want working appliances or good countertops, good luck... homeless people are always inside the building due to lack of security and walls are super thin Which when your neighbor closes the microwave or cupboard you can hear it every time. Maintenance is probably the only good thing about the building, they do try their hardest but when management won't pay for upgrades, it not their fault. I have lived here for the past 4 years and every time they sell the building (about once a year) things get worse. There was a night security that stayed in the building due to a homeless person hanging themselves in the stairwell but with new management the security has gone.

After being bombarded with emails from Entrada for a survey request which I wasnt going to do bc my experience was so terrible, I finally gave in. So here it is Initial appt. was great but the problems started when we were promised things that weren't true. Was told this was the last one bedroom available and that they were installing hardwood laminate flooring. Made a deposit and paid my app fees as soon as I got home as "time was of the essence". Called 3 days later to ask to view the unit before moving in because at the time of my tour the unit was being turned.. and we only saw a similar unit. It was at that point I was told there were no hardwood floors going to be installed. I don't think I would have even been told before the move in if I didn't call myself... and this was the biggest problem. Lack of communication. Management wouldn't honor what I was promised or any additional compensation for the mess-up. They didn't have to, I'm fully aware of that but after working in property management for sometime is isn't unusual for management to make a misunderstanding better.. Keep in mind we had our 30 day notice in and now potentially didn't have any other home locked in. This is knowing they were offering move-in specials for other units but not this one. Then came the 2nd issue. Getting my $500.00 deposit + app fees back was a nightmare in itself. 2 weeks after the request and them supposedly having issued it already, I hadn't received anything. With a follow up email asking about it they said they hadn't even sent it yet. This was their response "HI Victor, a check was mailed just yesterday. We apologize for the delay!" I'm thankful I had additional funds to find a new apartment and was able to put a deposit on another place. I couldn't imagine the feeling of somebody else who didn't. Maybe I just so happened to have an unfortunate experience but I felt completely mislead and felt no remorse from the actions of their staff
