Camden used to be a great place to live. The neighborhood is great, and the staff used to be so friendly and professional (Jean being one of them). At this point, there are constant ongoing issues within the community (elevators being reserved for entire days, transient activity, the key system (Chrip) often breaking down) and very little communication to residents about these issues. (For example, the key system being down or an elevator reserved for many hours, a parking lot flood, etc and residents not being advised). What used to be a great place to live is going downhill fast and I’d recommend newcomers to the neighborhood explore other buildings.

What used to be a lovely place to live is slowly being run into the ground. The new staff don’t care or reply to emails, dogs constantly barking despite complaints to the office, vagrants wandering around inside the building, mail packages being constantly stolen, I could go on and on. Worst part is no one at Camden seems to care. If you are looking for an apartment in Little Italy then you should look elsewhere. I’ve been here just over a year and can’t wait to leave

The Camden staff is incredibly professional and kind. Great apartments, and great location. As a frequent military mover, the Camden Tuscany team has been some the best property management I have worked with. Can’t recommend these apartments enough.

Camden Tuscany is a beautiful community located in the heart of Little Italy. The location can’t be beat, Community Manager, Josh, and Assistant Manager, America, are a pleasure to work with. So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Camden Tuscany to anyone looking for a new home!
