We have been here since July and absolutely love it! Anna, the manager is great and so is the maintenance team- Bey and Luis. Their customer service really is top notch! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The amenities are awesome and so are the views from the property. Most of the neighbors are super friendly and it really does feel like a community here. We love the location. It’s also a huge plus having the security team here!

What a contrast! We went from trying to look at a high-rise apartment downtown, where we couldn't get a commitment of when we could make a reservation to see one of the units, to meeting Anna at Camden Hilcrest. We walked in on her (our appointment wasn't until the next day), and she was gracious, and listened to what we were looking for, discussed it with us to make sure she understood our questions and concerns, and then showed us 3 different beautiful and new apartments. Anna is a wonderful ambassador of Camden. We ended up ultimately renting elsewhere because we decided on a different style and part of town, but our experience, and our impression of Anna and Camden were 5-star

this is an amazing new building . I’m happy that I am part of the Camden community . Anna who is the manager is top notch and she certainly will take care of you for all of your move in needs . she is on top of it and very professional . she is attentive and polite . and the apartments are beautiful ! great amenities as well . what more can you ask for . I’m happy I found Camden .

Yes! Each resident's technology package includes Wi-Fi with speeds up to 100x10 Mbps. Wi-Fi is also accessible throughout the community.
We accept up to three pets per apartment with no weight limit. There is a $500 (refundable) per deposit and $55 additional pet rent per pet. We do not accept the following breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive. Please see management for approval.
