Eaves Rancho Peñasquitos is located near the central part of north county, minutes from the I-15. After living on the residence for a while, I am truly impressed that the place is clean and quiet, and the management staff is extremely incredible, friendly, and when there's a problem or concern, the staff really go above and beyond to resolve your issues. There are several amenities that make this residence enjoyable; they have the pool, BBQ area. gym, and dog park for people who enjoy having pets. They also have garages for vehicles. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere that's convenient, friendly, serene, and with useful amenities and amazing staff -- Eaves PQ is the place for you.

We love it here! The complex is beautiful and they are constantly improving. The team responds quickly to concerns or maintenance needs. Andrea has been so helpful, accommodating and caring to our needs!

I've been living at Eaves Rancho Penasquitos for close to 3 years. The Apts are nice & well kept. My bedroom has very tall & wide mirrored closet doors. My living room has crown molding & both the kitchen & living room has 9 ft ceilings. The walls are quite thick & insulated here, therefore you hardly hear your neighbors. The maintenance team here is top notch & the office staff is compensating & very helpful! This is a great place to live!

I don’t live there (yet!) but I toured with my roommate last week. Cristina helped us out and she was amazing. We haven’t had the best experience when touring lately and she was so kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. We are definitely keeping an eye for our move later in the year!
