We had a great experience living in the Broadstone. Jay took care of any concerns we had living there as if it were his own apartment. The maintenance crew responds quickly and the residents are great. It's a great area of town to live in with lots of stuff to do. They have a 24 hour security which is super important anytime you're livening in a downtown area. The premise is always kept clean and neat. Great experience

I have lived in San Diego for 15 years now with 5 of those years now being in this building and I can say it has been one of the best choices I have made since moving here. The building offers everything I could possibly want in terms of amenities with a great gym, pool, and common areas that are perfect for someone like me that works from home a considerable amount of time. The maintenance staff is always on top of things and my service requests have always been met within 24 hours which is incredibly rare to find as a renter. Justy and the rest of the staff are incredible and always finding new fun ways to add events or services to the already long list of perks that you get while living at Broadstone. If you are looking for a great option that presents you with a sense of belonging to a great community while making some great friends then Broadstone is the easy choice!

I lived in the apartments of Broadstone Little Italy for a year and I was delighted with the facilities and the service staff. It is a very good place to live especially because they are very kind and honest. I give it 5 well-deserved stars, I really liked the attention when I needed help with my technical problems, I thank maintenance director Charles Lulak for his dedication to the job.
